Prior to SmileWorks, Joe held a pivotal role as a high-level operator at OB Hospitalist Group, where he successfully managed a multi-million dollar book of business and oversaw 21+ hospital programs spanning across five states. This experience has honed Joe's strategic acumen and operational finesse, making him a valuable asset in optimizing efficiency and driving growth.

Joe Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from Palm Beach Atlantic University and furthered his education with an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Beyond his professional achievements, Joe is dedicated to his family life, residing happily with his wife and four sons in Tallahassee Florida.
