Prior to SmileWorks, Joe held a pivotal role as a high-level operator at OB Hospitalist Group, where he successfully managed a multi-million dollar book of business and oversaw 21+ hospital programs spanning across five states. This experience has honed Joe's strategic acumen and operational finesse, making him a valuable asset in optimizing efficiency and driving growth.
Joe Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from Palm Beach Atlantic University and furthered his education with an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Beyond his professional achievements, Joe is dedicated to his family life, residing happily with his wife and four sons in Tallahassee Florida.
I am a registered dental hygienist with a heart for pediatric dentistry and a knack for making smiles sparkle. Originally from Cuba, I embarked on a journey to the USA at 17, fueled by a passion for dental care. I graduated in 2022 from Albany State University with an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene, a Bachelor's in Spanish and currently diving into a Master's program in Spanish. I joined SmileWorks in August 2022. I dedicated myself to ensuring every child's dental experience is gentle, educational, and empowering. With a compassionate approach and a commitment to excellence, I strive to make each visit a positive step towards a lifetime of healthy smiles.
When I’m not in the dental clinic, you'll find me exploring new cultures through travel, hunting for treasures at thrift stores, yard sales and indulging in culinary delights.
With a career spanning back to 1989 in endodontics, I've garnered a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. Beyond dentistry, I've embraced the roles of a proud mother to three boys, a certified bankruptcy assistant, and a seasoned manager of dental practices for numerous years.
Outside of work, I find joy in the tranquil vibes of the beach, indulging in a good read, and engaging in friendly card games.
