We had an absolutely wonderful experience for my son's first dental visit! Our hygienist was so knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything to my son where he could understand it and feel comfortable! The kindness was radiated through the office, and it really helped ease this mama's mind! My son is actually disappointed that he hast to wait six months for his next visit! We are very thankful for the staff that we encountered today at smile Works in Tallahassee.
We had the best experience we have ever had at a dentist today. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The Dental hygienist as well as the Dentist were both wonderful with my 3 year old son. I’m so glad we were recommended this place by a friend.
Today I went to take my daughter to the dentist who historically has a difficult time making it through appointments. Cameron, our hygienist, was excellent and able to make the experience stress-free. Everyone here is phenomenal but Cameron showed a skill, caring, and professionalism with my four year old that I thought deserved special commendation.
I took my 4 and 2.5 year old and they were so loving and patient with them. My two can be apprehensive and timid, but they truly met them where they were. I love that they took the time to educate me and give me tips on how to continue to manage their oral health. Overall I was happy to have been referred and to take my Children there. We are lifetime customers now :)
If you're looking for a clean, kid friendly etc dentist look no further Smileworks is the place to be. The previous dentist my daughter went to wouldn't let them near her. She was frightening all the time. They was definitely not kid friendly. Shout out to Tori she took care of my baby and took the time out to educate her as to what she was doing step by step. Our experience was phenomenal.
Today my oldest son had his first visit at SmileWorks. We were very impressed. The appointment was quick yet thorough. Everyone was welcoming and made for sure we understood everything we needed to know.
The staff are super friendly and they are fast! It makes getting in and done and back to school so easy! If we arrive a little early, they seem to get us in right away instead of having to wait on another appointment to finish. Her smile is coming along great!
