Dr. Farahat is a passionate and dedicated pediatric dentist, known for his unwavering love for children and commitment to their dental health. Born and raised in Egypt, he earned his first dental degree in 2008 and quickly established his own practice. His journey in dentistry began with a deep desire to help those in need, a commitment he demonstrated through his volunteer work with special needs and medical services in his church.
Dr. Farahat's dedication to his profession led him to Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom before finally joining his family in the United States in 2017. In pursuit of his dream to practice dentistry in the US, he worked as a dental assistant and dental hygienist while fulfilling the requirements to enter US dental schools. His hard work and perseverance paid off in 2020 when he joined the international dental program at Temple University School of Dentistry. He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors in 2022.
Determined to specialize in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Farahat began his residency at the University of Toledo, where he also pursued a master’s degree in science. By 2024, he had successfully completed both programs, distinguishing himself as one of the few pediatric dentists in the Tallahassee area with a master’s degree.
Dr. Farahat's extensive experience and education have not only made him a skilled dentist but also a compassionate caregiver who finds immense joy in working with children. His commitment to community service is evident through his volunteer work with his Egyptian church, the Red Cross, and the Give Kids a Smile mission. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), and the Egyptian Dental Association.
With over a decade of experience since 2008, Dr. Farahat continues to learn and grow in his field, always striving to bring smiles to his young patients. His ability to connect with children and alleviate their dental anxieties makes him a beloved figure in the community.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Farahat enjoys traveling and meeting people from diverse cultures. He speaks Arabic, English, and French fluently. In his free time, he loves reading and spending quality moments with his children, reinforcing his dedication to family and lifelong learning.
