Work where kids love to smile

SmileWorks is a dual-specialty practice — pediatric dentistry and orthodontics under one roof, with six doctors and a team that trains people up. We work a four-to-five-day week with no evenings or weekends, and we would rather teach the right person than wait for a perfect resume.

Three positions are open at our Tallahassee office:

SmileWorks Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant who loves working with kids and teens and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Our practice is known for creating an exceptional experience for families, and we're searching for someone who takes pride in precise clinical work and enjoys watching a smile change over the course of treatment.

  • Has a positive, team-first attitude
  • Communicates clearly with both patients and parents
  • Is organized, efficient, and takes ownership of their chair
  • Wants to grow professionally in a strong, supportive practice

Qualifications

  • Florida dental radiography certification (or willingness to obtain — we'll help)
  • CPR Certification
  • Orthodontic experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

Full-time or part-time. Monday – Thursday. No evenings or weekends.

Benefits
