What we publish, we can prove
Families make health decisions based on what this website says. These are the rules we hold ourselves to when we say it.
Our standards
- One source of truth. Hours, phone numbers, addresses, provider credentials, and prices on this site are maintained in a single internal fact record, and every page is checked against it before anything is published. If a fact changes, it changes everywhere at once.
- Credentials mean what they say. We describe each doctor's qualifications exactly — board certification is claimed only for providers who hold it, and specialty titles reflect completed residency training.
- Verified statistics. Practice statistics published on this site are verified against practice management records; last verification July 23, 2026.
- Clinical content is reviewed. Health information on this site — parent guides, treatment explanations, FAQs — is drafted for clinical review by our doctors, and general guidance follows the published recommendations of bodies like the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Association of Orthodontists.
- Real reviews only. Patient testimonials on this site are real reviews from real patients, quoted with first name and last initial. We never write, invent, or edit reviews.
- Honest pricing. Where we discuss treatment costs, market ranges are labeled as market ranges — never presented as a SmileWorks quote. Your exact fee comes in writing from a consultation, not from a web page.
